Simon is an actively involved, hands-on business director, always in the middle of exciting new projects. Simon's area of expertise was built in global hospitality and resort marketing. His unique perspective as an owner-operator means he fully understands the challenges of a hospitality business. 



Simon uses his relaxed manner to constantly stretch clients' knowledge, understanding and skills to boost performance and achievements. He combines 25 years experience in brand values, destination marketing, management training and sales strategies associated with the travel, tourism and hospitality industries with his skills in Neuro Linguistic Programming to develop creative solutions which achieve consistently measurable and often award-winning results. 


In 2007 Simon conceived, developed and opened a multi-award winning luxury Spa business in the US. In 2013 he was instrumental in creating and implementing a new cultural identity for one of the Group's flagship hotel property, the 5 star Eau Palm Beach Resort in Florida. Here his work encompassed the complete values set which underpins the core identity of the business from guest touchpoint to employee engagement.

Amal Elbahnasawy is a spa industry veteran who has acquired over two decades of experience in the wellness, spa, and beauty sector. She specializes in new business developments ranging from destination spa’s to independent brands. She was a member of the opening team for the Forbes five star Eau Spa of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, including the spa design, onboarding and training of 95+ spa team members, sales & marketing, and branding development.

Amal has also created and developed multiple e-commerce brands in the beauty and retail fields, receiving numerous press accolades. Her expertise in strategic branding and business development have resulted in a diverse portfolio of successful enterprises.
